Our Approach
MENTAL HEALTH REHABILITATION AND RECOVERY
We offer a wide range of services to meet the acute needs of adults who require a rapid admission to mental health and learning disability services, including those who may need an intensive care environment.
LEARNING DISABILITIES
HOUSING FIRST
In England, since 2010, a growing number of local areas have established Housing First services to meet an identified need. To be successful, services must follow the Principles of Housing First.
The approach leads to improvements in health and wellbeing and reduces ineffective contact with costly public services.
EATING DISORDER
Elevate Supported Living provide high dependency inpatient rehabilitation, and community rehabilitation services where individuals can prepare for more independent living in the community. Our mental health rehabilitation and recovery services provide high levels of support and use a recovery focused model.
We offer a wide range of services to meet the acute needs of adults who require rapid admission to mental health and learning disability services, including those who may need an intensive care environment.
NEURODEVELOPMENTAL DISORDERS
Our priority is to ensure that individuals with learning disabilities enjoy the same rights to a happy and fulfilled life. We ensure that the citizens we support feel safe in their environment, are understood and can communicate to the best of their ability. Most importantly; with the right support and help, we empower individuals to successfully progress to a community-based service that is aligned to their abilities.
SUPPORTED LIVING
Our wide range of services aims to meet the needs of each individual based on a person-centred approach. These services provide outcome focused packages based on the cognitive abilities and adaptive skills of each individual.
OLDER ADULTS
Our older adults services specialise in the care and support of individuals who have cognitive impairment and/or functional mental illness. This can include those who are detained under the Mental Health Act and those who experience behaviour that may be challenging, as well as those who have long-term physical health conditions.
