Our mission is to provide outstanding support and care services that reflect the true spirit of humanity, of enterprise and partnership. We provide outstanding accommodation and support to young adults 18+ who have standard or enhanced housing with support needs or who have been diagnosed with complex needs, mental health or learning disabilities.
We recognise the complexities of each individual’s own distinctive needs with a person-centred, therapeutic and holistic approach in working. Our person-centred plan enables citizens to be rehabilitated from hospitals and residential homes to live as independent life as possible based on their life choices, aspirations and dreams. We seek to rehabilitate back into the community those who eventually can live on their own.
The approach leads to improvements in health and wellbeing and reduces ineffective contact with costly public services.
